mPEG-CH2CH2COONHS

Synonyms: Methoxy polyethylene glycol-CH2CH2COONHS

Methoxy polyethylene glycol-CH2CH2COONHS is a monomethoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) modifier whose hydroxyl terminal is activated to succinimide propionate. It is a white solid or sticky liquid, depending on its molecular weight. It is soluble in most organic solvents and has good solubility in water. It needs to be dried at -20℃ away from light and stored for a long time. It can be linked with the free amino group of the active drug, and the coupling aminopropionate bond is more stable than the ester bond. Because its main chain does not contain ester bond, it has high stability and is widely used in the coupling reaction with drugs.
