Dibenzocyclooctyne polyethylene glycol dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO-PEG-DBCO) is a kind of same dual function linker which contains two DBCO parts, which is used for click chemistry. It is usually a viscous liquid or solid powder, depending on the molecular weight. It can be stored for a long time at - 20 ℃. DBCO has high thermal stability and specific reaction activity to azide group through strain promoted click reaction without catalyst. Excellent biocompatibility - strain promoted click reaction occurs rapidly under mild buffer conditions, without the need for auxiliary toxic copper catalyst. The high chemical selectivity azide and dbco group do not react or interfere with other functional groups found in biological samples, but are highly effective in binding. Hydrophilic PEG spacer - reduces aggregation, minimizes space barriers, and increases solubility.
