Boc-NH-PEG-SCM is a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol having a protecting group. After the reaction, the Boc protecting group is removed, and the succinimidyl acetate can connect with another drug or chemical molecule to achieve one PEG linking two drug molecules. This product has good water solubility, biocompatibility and flexibility, and is increasingly used in antibody drug conjugation.
