mPEG-Dendro Amine

Cat. No. Product Name CAS No.
BPG-0126 mPEG-Dendro Amine, PEG 2k-5k, G2-G4 (4-16) Amine Inquiry

Synonyms: Methoxy-PEG-Dendro Amine; Methoxy polyethylene glycol-Dendro Amine

mPEG-Dendro Amine has an amino terminal, which is more active to acylating reagents than hydroxyl, and is easy to undergo reductive amination reactions. It is a bisMPA dendrimer with a certain number of functional amino groups. Utilizing the reactivity of amino groups, other molecules can be connected to mPEG-Dendro Amine by generating stable chemical bonds (such as amide bonds, carbamate bonds, urea bonds and secondary amine bonds). They can be used for: preparing ligands with biologically active compounds; carriers for polypeptide synthesis; preparing polymer grafts and PEG coatings; preparing PEG glycoprotein ligands. This product is easy to absorb moisture. After absorbing moisture, its activity will decrease until it loses its activity completely. Please keep it dry during storage and try to avoid repeated freezing.
