NH2-PEG-Plys is a biodegradable polymer organic compound conjugated by polyethylene glycol and polylysine. The end of the molecular chain contains an amine group. It is one of the heterobifunctional PEG derivatives. Plys is rich in cations and has good membrane. Based on this property, Plys can be used as the carrier of some drugs, so it is widely used in medical and pharmaceutical applications. Various reactive groups in Plys-PEG derivatives can cross-link with different molecules. The end of the PEG block has an amine group for the preparation of nanoparticles and micelles for targeted drug delivery.
