Description	PAsp-PEG-N3 is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC) with poly (L-aspartic acid) as the hydrophobic segment and azide-functionalized PEG as the hydrophilic segment. ABC can self-assemble into micelles. It has active groups in both segments, i.e. the pendant free -COOH on P(L-Asp) can be used to modify the micelle core, and the -N3 group on PEG can be used to modify the micelle shell by click chemistry.
