Product Information

Description Polyglutamic acid (PGA) is a new class of biodegradable polymers. It is non-toxic to organisms and non-immunogenic. It has no side effects and has good biocompatibility. Highly hydrophobic PGA coupled with water-soluble PEG forms excellent carriers for drug delivery. The various reactive terminal groups on the PEG can crosslink with different molecules. PEG-PGA derivatives are good drug crosslinkers as well as drug delivery vehicles.
Synonyms Methoxypoly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(glutamic acid)
