Fmoc-N-amido-PEG-NHS ester, MW 2K
Fmoc-N-amido-PEG-NHS ester, MW 2,000 is a PEGylation reagent containing a Fmoc protecting group and a terminal succinimidyl group. NHS ester is reactive with amine nucleophile very rapidly at pH 7-9. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility properties of the compound. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
