DSPE-PEG-Cy5.5, MW 2K
DSPE-PEG-CY5.5, MW 2,000 is a water-soluble dye coupled to a PEG polymer with hydrophilic phosphate head and hydrophobic lipid tails. Absorbance and emission of the dye are identical to Cy5.5 fluorophore. The polymer can self-assemble to form lipid bilayer in water. The phospholipid polyPEG can be used as a drug nanocarrier for administration of nutrients and therapeutic drugs, such as liposome in mRNA or DNA vaccines. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
