DNP-PEG1-COOtBu
DNP-PEG1-COOtBu is a PEG linker containing DNP and t-butyl ester moieties. DNP is involved in biological pathways and participates in ion transport across membranes. The t-butyl ester can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases water solubility of a compound in aqueous media.
