Fmoc-NH-PEG-COOH is a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol having a protecting group. After the reaction, the Fmoc protecting group is removed and the two reactive terminal groups are capable of reacting with different drug molecules, thereby forming a PEG linking the two drug molecules. The product has good water solubility, biocompatibility and flexibility, and is increasingly used for antibody drug conjugation.
