Amine-PEG-CH2COOH, MW 1k-10k
Amine-PEG-CH2OOH is a bifunctional PEGylation reagent. The amine group is reactive with activated NHS esters. The carboxylic acid can react with primary amines in the presence of an activator, such as EDC or HATU, to form a stable amide bond. Amine-PEG-CH2COOH is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
