Description mPEG-DPPE, 2,000 MW is composed of two fatty acids, a glycerol unit, a phosphate group and a poly PEG head. The phosphate group and polar head region of the molecule is hydrophillic, while the fatty acid tail is hydrophobic. mPEG-DPPE, 2,000 MW can be used for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) preparation for siRNA (small interfering RNA) delivery research.
