Description | HO-PEG-NH-Fmoc is a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol having a protecting group. After the reaction, the Fmoc protecting group is removed and the two reactive terminal groups are capable of reacting with different drug molecules, thereby forming a PEG linking the two drug molecules. The product has good water solubility, biocompatibility and flexibility, and is increasingly used for antibody drug conjugation. |
Solubility | Soluble in water, DMSO and DMF. Freshly prepared before use. |
Storage | -20°C for long-term preservation, keep in dry and avoid sunlight. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
