Description Bromo-PEG1-azide is a heterobifunctional PEG linker containing a bromide group and an azide group. The bromide can be replaced by nuleophilic reagents for bioconjugation and PEGylation, and the azide group reacts with terminal alkynes and cyclooctyne derivatives via click chemistry.
