| Description | Fmoc-Amido-Tri-(carboxyethoxymethyl)-methane is a multifunctional reagent containing three carboxylic acids and a primary amine that is Fmoc-protected. The carboxylic acids can react with primary amine groups to form stable amide bonds. The Fmoc protecting group can be removed using piperidine, freeing up the amine for a variety of uses such as coupling with carboxylic acids to form amide bonds. |
