6-[[2-(Phenylmethoxy)ethyl]amino]-bis-N,N'-1-hexanol
6-[[2-(Phenylmethoxy)ethyl]amino]-bis-N,N'-1-hexanol is a PEG linker containing a benzyl group and a pair of alkane chains that end with hydroxyl groups. The benzyl group can be removed under acidic conditions. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The hydrophilic PEG linkers increase the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
