| Description | Tos-PEG1-THP is a PEG linker with a tosyl moiety and THP protecting group. It is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media. THP is an alcohol protection group that can be removed under acidic conditions. Tosyl is an excellent leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reaction. |
