Description	Tbdms-PEG11-alcohol is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. It contains a TBDMS alcohol protecting group and a terminal hydroxyl group. TBDMS can be removed in the presence of acetyl chloride. The hydroxyl group can be derived into other compounds by other reactions. The hydrophilic PEG linker can increase the solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
