| Description | Propargyl-PEG8-O-C1-NHS ester is a PEG linker containing a propargyl group and an NHS group. It is amine-reactive, thus, useful for derivatizing biomolecules with an amine group. The propargyl group reacts with azides via copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to form a stable triazole bond. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. |
