Description Fmoc-NH-PEG3-NH-Suc is a bifunctional PEG linker with an Fmoc-protected amine at one end and a succinimidyl ester (Suc) at the other, separated by a three-unit PEG spacer. It is used in solid-phase peptide synthesis and bioconjugation to introduce a stable, cleavable linkage between peptides/proteins and payloads or surfaces, enabling controlled release or further functionalization.
