Product Information

Description COOH-PEG1-COOMe is a PEG linker containing a terminal carboxylic acid and a mono-methyl ester functional group. Methyl ester can be hydrolyzed under strongly basic conditions. The carboxylic acid can react with primary amines in the presence of EDC and HATU to form stable amide bonds.
