Description	20-(Azide-PEG3-ethylcarbamoyl)nonadecanoic-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker with an azide group and an alkane tail that has a terminal t-butyl ester group. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The polymer can form micelles spontaneously in water. It may also be used to prepare more complex lipids for nanoparticles for drug delivery.
