mPEG-DMPE (1, 2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine) is a unilaterally active PEG derivative. DMPE conjugated polyethylene glycol is a combination of phospholipids and polyethylene glycol, and has both hydrophilicity and Hydrophobicity. Pegylated phospholipids are excellent liposome-forming materials. Pegylation of phospholipids significantly improves the blood circulation time and stability of capsule drugs. Polyethylene glycol can enhance solubility and stability, reduce non-specific binding of charged molecules on the surface, and reduce the immunogenicity of polypeptides. mPEG-phospholipid can be used to form stealth liposome for targeted drug delivery and drug solubility enhancement. Precautions are to store below -20℃, dry and avoid light, avoid frequent thawing, and use it now. It is only soluble in some organic solvents.
