Description N-(NHS ester-PEG8)-N-bis(PEG8-azide) is a trifunctional PEG linker that combines two azides with an activated NHS ester. The NHS ester is highly activated for reaction to form amides. The azides are most often used for click chemistry with terminal alkynes, BCN, and DBCO functional groups. Finally, PEG spacers provide high aqueous solubility.
