Description The alkyne and the azide in the aqueous solution undergo a click reaction under the catalystion of copper. Polyethylene glycol increases the solubility and stability of the drug, reduces the immunogenicity of the polypeptide and protein, and inhibits the non-specific binding of charged molecules on the modified surface. It can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other small molecule materials. Widely used in medical research, drug sustained release, nano-new material research and cell culture.
