Description Lipoamido-PEG11-azide is a PEG linker containing a lipoamide group and a terminal azide group. The azide group can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DCBO and BCN reagents to form triazole moieties. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
