Description HO-PEG3-COOMe is a PEG linker containing a hydroxyl group and a methyl ester. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. Methyl ester can be hydrolyzed under strongly basic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
