Description DSPE-polysarcosine66 is a phospholipid polyPEG which can self-assemble to form lipid bilayer in aqueous solution. Polysarcosine is poly (n-methylated glycine) that is is a non-ionic hydrophilic polypeptoid with numerous biologically relevant properties.
