Description BP Lipid 150 is an ionizable amino lipid with both ester linkages located at C8 and C6 position relative to nitrogen amine. There is 9 carbons chain on the primary ester lipid tail. The secondary ester is introduced to improve protein expression. The lipid head contains propanolamine which can effectively encapsulate mRNA for gene therapies.
