Description BP Lipid 146 is an ionizable amino lipid with both ester linkages located at C7 and C8 position relative to nitrogen amine. There is 7 carbons chain on the primary ester lipid tail. The propanolamine head help encapsulation of mRNA while the introduction of secondary ester can improve protein expression.
