Description	BP Lipid 131 is an amino ionizable amine lipid with propanolamine head to enhance mRNA encapsulation. Ester linkages at C7 position relative to amine are introduced into the structure to improve tissue clearance. The lipid can be used for mRNA-based therapies which depends on the availability of a safe and efficient delivery vehicle.
