Description	N3-PEG3-CH2CH2-Boc is a cleavable 3 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). N3-PEG3-CH2CH2-Boc is also a PEG- and Alkyl/ether-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.

The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide (N3) group canis reactive with alkyne, such as BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions.
