Product Information

Description mPEG-AA can be used to modify polypeptides, proteins and other materials with reactive groups. The carboxyl group can easily form a stable amide bond with an amino group, and can also form an ester bond with a hydroxyl group. Polyethylene glycol can increase solubility and stability. It also inhibits the non-specific binding of the charged molecule to the modified surface by reducing the immunogenicity of the polypeptide and protein.

Solubility Soluble in regular aqueous solution as well as most organic solvents.
Storage -20°C for long-term preservation, keep in dry and avoid sunlight. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
