One end of the CLS-PEG-FITC chain is functionalized by cholesterol. It is a kind of lipophilic lipid nail conjugate with good water solubility and amphiphilic properties. Cholesterol can form liposomes to shorten the cycle time of encapsulated drugs and can also be used in non-viral transfection reagents. FITC can be used for drug tracking. It has important application value in the study of drug mechanism tracking. CLS-PEG-FITC is used in cell culture, drug research, drug delivery and release, nanotechnology and new materials. It can be attached to different molecules or materials to extend the richness of different molecular combinations.
