Alkyne-PEG-Alkyne

Synonyms: Alkyne-polyethylene glycol-Alkyne

Alkyne polyethylene glycol Alkyne (Alkyne-PEG-Alkyne) is a double peg derivative with two Alkyne (ALK) groups. It is usually white or yellowish liquid, semi-solid or solid, depending on the molecular weight. It is suitable for storage in a dry environment below -20℃ and needs inert gas (argon or nitrogen) protection for long-term storage. It is easy to dissolve in water, CHCl3, DMSO. It can be used to modify proteins, peptides, particles and other materials. Alkynes can react with azide in aqueous solution under the catalysis of cupric. Polyethylene glycol derivatives can increase the solubility and stability of drugs, reduce the immunogenicity of peptides, and have good biocompatibility.
