Description Amino-PEG4-thiol is a heterobifunctional PEG linker containing an amino group and a thiol group. The amino group can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls and so on, and the thiol group reacts with maleimide, OPSS, vinylsulfone and transition metal surfaces to form conjugates.
